Applications for Membership to the ELCL Quality Alliance may be submitted by providers of education with more than two years experience. A requirement for Membership is a free quality examination process within the framework of the Approval of Application for Membership. Educational institutions which already implement a recognised QMS, require a short examination of key processes in foreign language teaching.
